PUBLIC TESTIMONY

You can speak in favor or against any agenda item by signing up at the meeting before the item is heard. There are only a few time-certain items so you will need to get an estimate of when the item may be heard. There is a 15 minute limit on a topic, but an individual can only have up to three minutes, depending on the number of speakers signed up.

To be heard prior to those signing up at the meeting, one must call in to the agenda office one day in advance. The number is 619-725-5630.

You can also FAX your comments to 619-297-5624 a day before the meeting so that copies can be distributed to the board members. E-mails received a day before the meetings will also be duplicated and distributed if sent to: jmohney@mail.sandi.net.
